We’re seeking someone passionate about their craft, endlessly curious, and dedicated to developing their mastery.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

• Collaborate with the team to concept and execute deliverables such as brand guidelines, marketing collateral, video content, and visuals for digital marketing campaigns
• Ensure creative projects are produced on time and on schedule
• Write creative briefs and conduct launch meetings with freelance talent
• Brainstorm and develop ideas, campaign concepts, and visual communication strategies to elevate clients’ brands online
• Stay up to date on current design trends, techniques, software, and AI adoption

Project Management

• Juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines
• Troubleshoot issues with the creative team, clients, and third-party vendors
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Work closely with social media specialists to create attention-grabbing social media content
• Collaborate with digital specialists to maximize conversions through high-impact visual communication

Collaboration and Leadership

• Oversee and partner with strategists and copywriters to develop solutions that meet client goals
• Use art, design, and visual communication to solve problems
• Inspire and lead by example, setting professional standards and generating bold ideas
• Direct and elevate The Blender brand
• Film, edit, and direct The Marketing Blender Show
• Brainstorm ideas to bring attention to the agency
• Have fun!

Key Skills and Qualifications

Visual Communication Mastery

• Ability to evoke emotion, spark interest, and catalyze action through art and design
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, video editing software, and Dreamweaver
• Experience with Sora, Midjourney, and/or Figma is a bonus

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of professional design experience
• Comfortable collaborating with creative teams
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Calm under pressure, maintaining artistic integrity within budget and deadline

Team Spirit

• Willing to help wherever needed, support team members, and consistently bring a positive outlook
• Passion for B2B marketing, with a keen interest in telling great stories and building inspiring brands
